Taiwan: Taozumiao Minghui School Outdoor Parents-Children Fa Study and Exercises (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 11, 2004 young Falun Dafa practitioners in the Taozumiao area held a parents-children Fa study, exercises and Fa promoting activity at the newly-built Spring Farm. The Minghui School usually holds activities on the school campus, but this time they chose the famous farm, where there are many visitors.

Nearly one hundred Falun Gong practitioners took part in the activity. Tourists watched the practitioners' group Fa study and exercises curiously. They happily accepted truth clarification materials, bookmarks or VCD practitioners handed out. While young Dafa disciples practiced the exercises on the lawn, some tourists followed them to do the movements. One little child sat down to learn the sitting meditation and his posture was perfect. When asked if he wanted to learn Falun Gong, he answered, "Yes, but I don't know how to learn!"

A couple stood at the side of the group practice, carefully imitating the movements of the standing exercises. There was a family of three from Taipei that asked many questions about Falun Gong. They learned that Dafa has been spread to more than 60 countries, and free instruction of exercises is offered everywhere. Falun Gong is not a religion, nor does Falun Gong get involved in politics. Jiang's followers staged a self-immolation incident on Tiananmen Square to frame Falun Gong. After learning all this, their attitude changed from showing sympathy for Falun Gong practitioners' plight, to recognizing Falun Dafa's wonderfulness and condemning the brutality. They further supported the international lawsuit against Jiang.

Other than Fa study and exercises, young Dafa practitioners also played games and had a barbecue. While young practitioners played, the adult practitioners exchanged cultivation experiences. One mother once suffered cervical cancer, but after practicing Falun Gong, she was cured. Her nine-year-old son also joined the practice. He quickly corrected his bad habits of stealing and bullying others.

Another mother talked about her four family members' cultivation experiences. The whole family joined the cultivation of Falun Dafa together. Her teenage daughter, who is a freshman in high school, used to be rebellious. Now she is able to balance well her schoolwork and daily life. Though her schoolwork is heavy, she still can practice the exercises daily, with no exception, even during mid-term exams. She remains in the top three in her class.

A non-practitioner came with his wife to attend our activity. Seeing the practitioners' good demeanor and experiencing the harmonious atmosphere, he promised his wife to learn to practice Falun Gong after returning home.

Reporters from NTD TV also came to report on young practitioners' activities. This TV station plans to broadcast these beautiful images of Falun Dafa exercises around the world.
