A Warning to Evildoers - Stories of Karmic Retribution

These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fate would've been different.

On January 9, 2004, a police car from Lobai Police Branch of Kunming Steel and Iron Company in Yunnan Province had an accident on the Kuncu Highway. Three policemen in the car had participated in arresting Falun Gong practitioners Feng Dingbao, Gao Huixian and Ji Kaichun on the night of November 6, 2003. One of the three policemen died and the other two were seriously injured.

Policeman Xu Chunwei at the Lobai Branch of the Niming Police Station had actively participated in illegally arresting Falun Gong practitioners. He was killed instantly in the accident. Li Zhengfa, who was a policeman at Lobai Branch's No. 3 Detention Camp, had multiple broken ribs, a severely bloodied lung, as well as liver, spleen, stomach and intestinal damage. He had to have surgery to remove pieces of his liver, spleen and major parts of his stomach and intestine. Jia Wanhong, a policeman with the criminal investigation section of Lobai Branch, broke his arm and seriously injured his eyes. He almost needed to have an eyeball removed.

There was a traffic control policeman, Yang Jun of the Lobai Traffic Team, also in the vehicle at the time of the accident. He had not joined in persecuting Falun Gong and suffered the least injury in the accident, with only a slight wound on his leg.

Some people at Kunming Steel and Iron Company observed that if someone became a policeman and no longer cared about right and wrong, he might do bad things to help a dictator against his own kind conscience. In the end, this person could lie to his soul but could not deceive heaven and the world.

Zhou Wenlong was the deputy mayor in charge of Tiefa City Legal and Law Affairs in Liaoning Province since 1999, when the persecution of Falun Gong began. During this period of time, five Dafa disciples in Tiefa City were sentenced to prison terms and many were sent to labor camps, detention centers and brainwashing classes. Some of them were robbed of their properties and put under surveillance. Zhou Wenlong also organized policemen to go to Beijing and arrest local Dafa disciples who appealed there.

On August 23, 2002, he died together with the woman he lived with in a car accident on the Shenda Highway. The driver of the car was slightly injured. This event has caused an enormous stir in the northern Liaoning Province area.

Xu Bojun, a section leader of Lubei Branch of Tangshan Police Department, has participated in persecuting Falun Gong for the past four years and arrested many Falun Gong practitioners. Whenever he arrested a Falun Gong practitioner, he would start to blackmail the family members of the practitioner to either send him gifts or invite him for dinner. He requested "deposit money" for releasing a practitioner and it had to be at least 2,000 yuan. Most of the time, he did not return the money after it reached the term (one year). He would also blackmail them asking them to write a guarantee statement. Otherwise, he would give the money to a higher authority. He extorted many Dafa disciples and their families of money that been earned through hard work. After 2001, his heart disease occurred once a year and became more and more severe each time. He spent more than 8,000 yuan from his own pocket on hospitalization fees in the spring of 2001. In the spring of 2002, he was hospitalized once again. By the fall of 2003, he had to undergo heart surgery in the hospital and he spent 70 to 80 thousand yuan (he had to pay over 30 thousand yuan out of his own pocket). We hope that he will soon awaken and stop persecuting Falun Gong.

Since July 20, 1999, Xu Yuqin, the former deputy chief of Fuyu County Police Department in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, had gone to Beijing with about two dozen people to arrest Dafa disciples as part of his "duty." He was then quickly promoted to be the deputy department chief of Jilin Province Public Security Bureau. In less than a year, Xu Yuqin was in an automobile accident and died.

Bai Jingwu, Daoxi Police Station Chief, often arrested Dafa disciples and beat them brutally. He died of cancer. Some who knew him suggest that his death was karmic retribution for his bad deeds.

Since July 20, 1999, Yi Ziyou, Yiwan Village head in Anlu City, Hubei Province, participated in the persecution of Falun Gong. He had sent 5 Dafa disciples from Yiwan Village to detention and brainwashing classes in October 2002. He also led policemen to Zhejiang Province to arrest practitioner Xu Jingzou, who worked in Jiyang Village, and sent him to Anlu Detention Center. In January 2003, Yi Ziyou was diagnosed with cancer in his digestive tract and died that October.
