Chongqing Practitioner Injected with Mind-Altering Drugs in Zhejiang's Shiliping Labor Camp in 2001

(Clearwisdom.net) Li Heping, a 35-year-old college graduate from Chongqing, used to work at Motorola and UT Starcom in Hangzhou. He was fired from both of these companies because he practiced Falun Gong. In October 2001, the Hangzhou Police Department sentenced him to Shiliping Labor Camp for two and a half years.

In December 2001, Shiliping Labor Camp police ordered four drug addict prisoners to move Li Heping into a closed detention room. He wasn't allowed to sleep for several days in a row. When he lost his consciousness, the police injected him with drugs.

Afterwards Li Heping discovered a bloody puncture wound on the top of his head. He felt horrible; his whole body was filled with strange, strong-smelling drugs. Even his nasal secretions had a strong chemical smell. At the same time, his vision and hearing became distorted. Sometimes he heard cats' cries and thought a tiger was coming and biting animals. It was terrifying.

Li was probably injected with a strong drug that causes delusions. When the police asked him directly if he knew what day or time it was, he had no idea.

The person responsible for this incident is Li Hongqing, Team Four's deputy head and also the captain of the Falun Gong persecution team. This person's nephew, who recently graduated from school, was responsible for monitoring the closed detention room. He is now working at the Zhejiang Youth Detention Center.
