Dafa Practitioner Ms. Xiao Yali Dies as a Result of Persecution at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center, Heilongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Xiao Yali, 36, lived in Dongfa Village, Dongguan Town, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province. She died as a result of persecution she received at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center.

Ms. Xiao Yali was arrested on February 28, 2004. She is survived by a six-year-old child.
