1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioners Ms. Li Xiantao and Ms. Zhang Su Are Abducted
On March 10, 2004, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Li Xiantao from the Dongxihu District in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, was abducted again from her home by officials from the "610 Office" (1) at Wujiashan Street in Dongxihu District and by police from the Xinchun Police Substation. She was then taken to the Sandian Brainwashing Center. In January 2004, Ms. Li and several other practitioners had been kidnapped by plainclothes detectives while they were clarifying the facts about Falun Gong to the local people. At that time they were taken to the Etouwan Female Prison.

2. [Jinzhou, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Yuzhi Is Taken to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City and Is Sentenced Without Any Legal Procedure
At 10:00 a.m., on March 5, 2004, Yi (last name) and Zhang Li, both supervisors from the Tianqiao Police Substation in Jinzhou Developing District, went to the First Detention Center and took away Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Yuzhi from Xihaikou Village, Jinzhou Developing District. They transferred her to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City. She was sentenced to three years of "reeducation through forced labor" without any legal procedure.
When Yi and Zhang Li were taking Ms. Liu to the police automobile, she was too weak to walk due to her having been on a hunger strike for many days. So they had to support her. Meanwhile, Ms. Liu's husband arrived. He requested to speak with his wife, but was refused. After arriving at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, the officials refused to accept her when they saw that she didn't even have the energy to walk. After Yi and Zhang Li bribed the Masanjia Labor Camp officials with 500 yuan (2), Ms. Liu was then accepted.

3. [Chongli County, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Bai Mei Is Abducted
At noon on March 2, 2004, Chuo Jiang, the chief of the Police Substation in Xiwanzi Town, Chongli County, lead several policemen to break into Ms. Bai Mei's home. After ransacking her home, they took her away. Ms. Bai is now being held at the Chongli County Detention Center. This arrest was part of the plan to meet a quota for apprehended practitioners as ordered by the authorities following the National People's Congress and the Political and Consultative Conference.

At the beginning of March, a Falun Dafa materials production site was ransacked and two practitioners were abducted. The policemen took everything in the house, including two printers, a copy machine, two color printers, a computer, a laptop computer, a MP3-CD player, and an unspecified amount of money.
