A List of Falun Dafa Practitioners Who Are Being Detained and Persecuted in Jails in Xinjiang Province
(Clearwisdom.net) The following Falun Dafa practitioners are currently known
to be detained in Xingjiang Women's Prison (also called the Second Prison of
Xinjiang Province.) Li Ge, from Urumqi in Xingjiang
Province; Li Xianghong, from Urumqi in
Xingjiang Province; Ma Junmei, from Changji in Xingjiang
Province; Mrs. Huang, from Changji in Xingjiang
Province. The address of Xingjiang Women's
Prison is: East Keshi Road, Urumqi, Xinjiang 830013. The Deputy Political Director:

86-994-6638099; The officer on duty: 86-994-6626720. Li Xianghong is a female practitioner from Urumqi in Xinjiang Province. She
used to be an instructor at the Industrial College in Xinjiang Province. She
went to Beijing to appeal in 1999. The officers from Industrial College in
Xinjiang Province took her back, and in September detained her against her will
at The Fourth People's Hospital in Xinjiang Province (also called the Xinjiang
Mental Hospital) where she was forced to receive drugs and subjected to mental
abuse. In 2000, Li Xianghong was illegally sentenced to three years in prison.
She kept appealing, and was later was released on a medical parole due to her
poor health which was a result of the torture she received in the labor camp. In
2000, Li Xianghong was illegally arrested once again for clarifying the truth to
people, and was detained in Liudaowan Women's Detention Center in Xinjiang
Province. Li Xianghong kept appealing and one year later, she was illegally
sentenced to 11 years in prison. She is currently detained in Xinjiang Women's
Prison. Li Xianghong has been on a hunger strike to appeal. In order to force
her to renounce her belief through brainwashing and then use her as a model to
force other practitioners to renounce their belief, the prison officials have
brutally tortured her. Li Xianghong is now in a life-threatening situation! Mrs. Huang, a Dafa disciple in Changji, Xinjiang Province, is in her 60's. In
2002, she was illegally sentenced to four years in prison for insisting on
practicing Falun Dafa. Mrs. Huang is currently detained in Xinjiang Women's
Prison, and she has been on a hunger strike to appeal. The following Dafa practitioners listed by their names, professions, and
length of sentences, are known to be detained in the Fifth Prison in Xinjiang
Province: Zou Zhengming, former Deputy Director
of Toutunhe Police Station in Urumqi City, Xinjiang Province, 3 years; Zhou Genzheng, former instructor of
The Industrial College in Xinjiang Province, 13 years; Liu Zewei, former employee of Global
Restaurant in Xinjiang Province, 3 years; Zhong Jianping, self-employed, 9
years; Zou Kewen, self-employed, 5 years; Hu Jingyao, former instructor at a
university in Xinjiang Province, 9 years, Li Xiaoyong, an art instructor at a
university, 7 years; Zhang Zhixin, 9 years; A practitioner surnamed Lv, 7 years. Address of the Fifth Prison in

persecution of Dafa practitioners, we hope Dafa disciples in both China and

(also called Xiaba Lake Prison): Geng Zhengjie, 4 year term of
imprisonment; Dong Shuxin, 4 year term of
