By an overseas Falun Dafa practitioner

I am an overseas Falun Gong practitioner. I would like to share with fellow practitioners my experiences in introducing Falun Dafa and explaining the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong to the public.

1) The media:

After I had moved to the city I now live in, I sent VCDs and videotapes explaining the truth of the staged Tiananmen self-immolation incident, which were given to me by fellow practitioners, to the largest newspaper. I told the editors that I voluntarily teach Falun Gong to the city's residents. I also told them about Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted in China. I left my card for the editors. Several days later, a reporter interviewed me. The media can cover a large area and can influence more people and allow them to learn the truth about Falun Gong.

2) Community centers.

In western countries, each city has many community centers. Generally, these centers provide services aimed toward improving people's health. We can contact them to introduce the principles of Falun Gong to more western people and allow more people to learn the truth. It is a convenient method.

3) Bulletin boards.

In each department of a university, and in supermarkets and grocery stores, there are bulletin boards. Usually, when we explain to the staff the reason why we are approaching them, they are happy to post Falun Gong materials on the board(s) which explain the facts of the persecution. What I used are small flyers that contain my contact information. Because there are many people who visit those places every day, there will be many people learning of Falun Gong this way.

4) Finding mailing addresses via the Internet.

For example, I would find a website in China that contains many companies' mailing address and their human relations contact. I then sent truth-clarifying materials to those addresses.

5) Spare time.

I am student. I often carry a backpack and put some truth clarification materials in it. When I am waiting for a bus or taking a bus, I distribute materials to people around me that explain the situation of Falun Gong and the facts of the persecution. This way, I can use my spare time to allow more people to learn about Falun Gong.

The above are some of my experiences. If fellow practitioners have better methods, please share them. At last, let's join our efforts and allow more people to learn the truth about Falun Gong and suffocate the evil forces efforts.
