Tangshan Forced Labor Camps Tortures Dafa Practitioners with the "Killer Rope" and Electric Batons

Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp Recently Used Cruel Torture Methods against 10 Dafa Practitioners

Since July 20, 1999, when Jiang's regime began rampantly persecuting Falun Gong, five Dafa practitioners--Mr. Meng Jincheng, Mr. Chen Aizhong, Mr. Zhang Guanzhong, Mr. Zhao Yingqi, and Mr. Li Shuli--have been tortured to death by police at Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp.

Recently, Tangshan City Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp resumed its cruel torture of 10 Dafa practitioners. From 4:00 PM on March 18 to 2:00 AM on March 19, the following persecution methods were adopted:

1. "Killer rope:"(1) in the past, Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp has used a torture method called the "killer rope," in addition to electric shocks to torture Dafa practitioners to death. Jail guards Shi Yucun and Wang Yulin killed a Dafa practitioner in this way. On March 18, jail guards used the "killer rope" seven times on a Dafa practitioner, and also used it twice on Mr. Zhang Xiaolong, whose blood pressure was as high as 240. 2. Shocking Dafa practitioner with electric batons.
3. Striking Dafa practitioners' faces, heads, and every other part of their bodies with leather shoe heels.

People who participated in this persecution are:

Wang Yong (Assistant director in charge of the forced labor camp who gave the orders), Ai Zhenmin, Ma Ming, and Gao Yongjing.

The Tangshan City Lunan District Chief Procurator by the surname of Zhang and a supervisor by the surname of Zhu directed the persecution on site at Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp.

Three Practitioners Detained at Kaiping Forced Labor Camp Have Been on Hunger Strike for Over Two Months

Recently, Tangshan City Kaiping Forced Labor Camp escalated the intensity of its persecution of Dafa practitioners. Prison police do not allow their family members to visit them, and they have strictly blocked all information, so no further details are available.

It was said that Dafa practitioners Ms. Liu Lihua (from Fengnan City), Ms. Cheng Guijun (from Cangzhou City), Ms. Zhao Yuhuan (from Qinhuangdao City), who were illegally detained at Tangshan City Kaiping Forced Labor Camp, are on hunger strike. Criminals and jail guards are torturing them. Tubes for force-feeding are inserted into practitioners' bodies all the time. They are force-fed large quantities of food, but they are not allowed to use the bathroom. Now they have been on hunger strike for over two months in protest.

Over the past few years, the following practitioners were tortured to death at the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp: Mr. Pi Jinghui, Ms. Cui Yulan, Mr. Zhang Zhibin, and Ms. Fan Yaxiong.

(1) Killer Rope: The rope is first looped around the neck, and both ends are then tucked underneath the victim's armpits. The rope is then wrapped around the arms several times, and then the two ends brought together in the back and tied off. Finally the knot is lifted straight up, causing excruciating pain in the wrists, arms, shoulders and the neck.
