(Clearwisdom.net) On May 9, 2004, Falun Gong practitioners from Austin and San Antonio, Texas held a poster display and truth-clarification event at the Alamo Plaza, a famous historical site in San Antonio to celebrate the fifth "World Falun Dafa Day" and the 12th anniversary of revered Teacher's introduction of Falun Dafa.

On May 13, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners displayed banners and posters in front of the City Hall of San Antonio in celebration of World Falun Dafa Day. On the same day, Mayor Edward D. Garza of the City of San Antonio, Texas presented a proclamation in recognition of Falun Dafa practitioners as they endeavor to improve individual lives across cultural and racial boundaries.
