Resuming Cultivation and Finding a New Life

(Clearwisdom.net) I had my first operation for breast cancer in April
2001 and started chemotherapy. Because the first operation did not go well, I
had another operation with radiation and chemotherapy treatments in July. In
less than half a year, the operation had made me very weak. I consumed more
medicine than food and used up the family savings to buy it. Since many
medicines have side effects, I also developed other diseases. After one to two
months, I contracted acute cystitis, and I felt worried and helpless. In October 2002, a thought suddenly came to me: why don't I resume practicing
Falun Gong?! I used to practice Falun Gong before July 20th, 1999.
Right after this thought came out, I took out Teacher's books (Zhuan Falun and
others) and started to read them. Just like that, I stepped back on the road of
cultivation. After practicing for a month, I amazingly regained my health! At the end of November 2002, my family and I went to Hainan Province for a
vacation, and at that time I started to worry that I might not be able to keep
up the cultivation. But after 5 days of vacation, my spirit was still uplifted.
Now when I met my friends, they all said, "Your health is much better. It
is hard to tell that you had a life-threatening illness in the past." And
every time they said this, I told them, "It is because I practice Falun
Dafa." It is Teacher who saved me and it is Dafa that has given me a healthy body. I
am grateful to Teacher and Dafa's compassion. My heart cries out, "Falun
