Sixty-six-year-old Dafa Practitioner Ms. Yang Hua in Critical Condition after Being Subjected to Sleep Deprivation and Force-Feeding


(Clearwisdom.net) Sixty-six-year-old Ms. Yang Hua is a retired worker from the Shijiazhuang City Fertilizer Factory. She used to be sickly, but since she began practicing Falun Dafa in 1996, she has enjoyed good health without requiring any medication or treatment.

On April 30, 2004, a woman reported Ms. Yang Hua while she was clarifying the truth about the persecution of Falun Dafa in the Lianmeng Apartment Complex. As a result, officers from the Xisanzhuang Police Station arrested her. The perpetrators from the Yucai Street Police Station and Shijiazhuang Fertilizer Factory paid 10,000 Yuan for Yang Hua to be sent to the Hebei Provincial Brainwashing Center, where they tortured her with sleep deprivation.

Ms. Yang went on a hunger strike on April 30 and was force-fed. Right now she is extremely weak. Her daughter pleaded with the police to let her visit her mother, but the police refused to grant her request. Yang Hua's husband is in his 70s and in bad health. He was forced to go to Beijing and appeal for his wife.
