Eventual Death of Dafa Practitioner Bai Xiushuang a Result of Persecution in Qitamu Township, Jiutai City, Jilin Province


(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Bai Xiushuang, 43, was a resident of Liming Village in Qitamu Township, Jiutai City, Changchun City. Ms. Bai Xiushuang went to Beijing after the persecution began on July 20, 1999 to appeal for Falun Gong. She was illegally detained for 15 days and then sent to Jiutai City's compulsory brainwashing class for one month. Subsequently, police frequently came to her residence to attempt to arrest her. Thus Bai Xiushuang made the choice to leave home to avoid being persecuted. Consequently, she suffered much physical and mental torment. Finally at the end of 2003, her previous illnesses, which had disappeared after she began practicing Falun Gong, recurred, leading to her eventual death. She was not able to create a stable and peaceful environment to continue practicing Falun Gong. More details need to be researched regarding this case.
