Statistics of the Persecution Cases and List of Names and Telephone Numbers of the Persecutors in Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province


(Clearwisdom.net) Since July 20, 1999, the Jiang regime's persecution against 100 million Falun Gong practitioners in China has been going on for more than four years. Jiang has used his power to viciously suppress Falun Gong practitioners, and has used the Chinese media to spread lies and propaganda to slander Falun Gong and its practitioners. Falun Gong practitioners have been deprived of their rights to appeal, speak the truth and clarify the facts.

The police department and the "610 Office" of Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province have ordered all the neighborhood committees to follow, spy on, and monitor local Falun Gong practitioners. So far in Tonghe County alone, two practitioners have become handicapped due to brutal torture, more than thirty practitioners have been sentenced to forced labor, more than a hundred practitioners have been arrested, and many practitioners have been on numerous occasions monitored, fined and sent to brainwashing centers. Family members of Falun Gong practitioners have been placed under severe mental pressure.

To expose the persecutors' crimes, we have collected and compiled a list of Falun Gong practitioners who have been persecuted during the past four years. However, we were unable to collect the details of every persecution case. We have also compiled a list of people in Tonghe County who have been involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

List of Falun Dafa practitioners illegally sentenced to forced labor in Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province

1. Falun Dafa practitioners illegally sentenced to forced labor in Fulin Township:

Mr. Wang Dehai, sentenced to one year in Harbin City Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp, fined 3000 Yuan. (1)

Mr. Gao Zhiyong, sentenced to one year in Harbin City Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp, fined 2000 Yuan.

Mr. Xu Huai'an, sentenced to one year in Harbin City Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp, fined 2000 Yuan.

Ms. Gao Wenjun, sentenced to one year in Harbin City Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, fined 1000 Yuan.

Ms. Ci Qinghua, sentenced to one year in Harbin City Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, fined 2000 Yuan.

Ms. Meng Xianjun, sentenced to two years in Harbin City Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Mr. Xing Bo, sentenced to three years in Harbin City Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp (now still in detention). He is Ms. Meng Xianjun's husband.

Ms. Zhang Mingzhi, sentenced to two years in Harbin City Wanjia Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Li Chengjiu, sentenced to three years in Harbin City Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp (now still in detention). He is Ms. Zhang Mingzhi's husband.

Falun Dafa practitioners who became handicapped due to brutal torture suffered in Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province

  1. Ms. Zhao Fuqun is from Sanzhan Township of Tonghe County. After she was arrested, she commenced a hunger strike. During the hunger strike, Tonghe County "610 Office"(2) personnel Liu Jianying and the Director of the Detention Center, Teng Zhenxin, force-fed her several times which later caused her to suffer from paraplegia (a condition which involves total paralysis of and loss of sensory feeling from the waist down, loss of continence, and other health problems). She couldn't take care of herself and relied on her aged parents to take care of her. The police still wouldn't leave her alone and agreed to sentence her to forced labor.
  2. Ms. Zhang Chuguang went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong but was arrested. She suffered inhumane tortures in the Tonghe County Detention Center and as a result, she became handicapped and couldn't take care of herself. In addition to that, she was fined 7000 Yuan.
