to congratulate the 12th Anniversary Celebration of the Introduction
of Falun Gong to the Public Montreal, May 5th, 2004 As MNA for Westmount-Saint-Louis and Minister of Public Security, I would
like to congratulate the members of the Canadian Falun Dafa Association for
organising the 12th anniversary celebrations of the introduction of Falun Gong
to the public. Many have benefited from practicing Falun Gong. The teaching of the smooth
and peaceful exercises based on the universal principals of "Truthfulness-
Compassion -- Tolerance" continues to bring serenity to his followers. Your experience and knowledge on alternative and curative solutions for
health contribute to the well being of many throughout the world. The event of
May 15th, 2004, in China Town's Sun Yat-Sen Park is creating a bridge
between practitioners in Quebec and elsewhere. We will without a doubt benefit
