Hong Kong: 2004 Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference Successfully Held (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Nearly seven hundred Falun Gong practitioners from around the world, including Taiwan, Australia, the US, Malaysia, Thailand, Macau and Hong Kong attended the 2004 Hong Kong Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference that was held on the morning of May 1, 2004 at Ming'ai Service Center in Kowloon, Hong Kong. On May 2, hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners dressed in bright yellow exercise costumes gathered at 8:00 AM on the lawn at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay and practiced the exercises together. They also formed two huge Chinese characters, "Righteous Enlightenment." In the afternoon, they marched from Victoria Park to the Chinese Liaison Office, protesting China's five-year persecution of Falun Gong and urging an immediate end to the persecution.

At the experience sharing conference, practitioners shared their understanding on how to study the Fa well, clarify the truth clearly and send out righteous thoughts. Among the speakers were veteran practitioners who have practiced Falun Gong for nine years, and new practitioners who have just practiced for less than one year. The contents included how to improve oneself and look within in one's individual cultivation, and how to negate the interference from old forces and dark minions in difficult situations, how to break through one's notions, eliminate fear and validate Dafa and so on. Practitioners' sharing showed that Dafa practitioners in some Asian areas have become more and more mature and calm, and more and more able to form a unified entity, break through the interference from the old forces and dark minions, and change their environment positively while doing well the three things Master requires us to do. One characteristic of the experience sharing is that many speakers began practicing Falun Gong after the start of the persecution, which shows that many new practitioners have successively entered into Dafa. Doing individual cultivation and Fa-rectification cultivation together enables them to keep up with Master's Fa-rectification process.

The experience sharing conference successfully concluded at 5:00PM. Practitioners shared experiences in small groups in the evening.
