Police Meet With Karmic Retribution for Persecuting Dafa Practitioners
(Clearwisdom.net) Case 1: Zhang Mingjun, a driver of the East City Police Sub-Department,
Xining City, Qinghai Province, worked for the policeman who is in charge of
persecuting Dafa disciples. After the persecution started in July 1999, he
actively participated in the persecution. Together with the heads of the police
department, politics & law section and the "610 Office," he often ransacked the
homes of the local Falun Gong practitioners, arrested the practitioners and
slandered Dafa and Teacher in front of Dafa disciples. Once they went to ransack the home of an elderly woman. The other policemen
just wanted to go on a routine errand, but he carefully searched the bottom of a
sofa and found some Dafa books there. To seek a reward from his superior, Zhang
tried to take the books. The elderly practitioner asked him to treat the Dafa
books with kindness, but Zhang rudely slandered Dafa and even wanted to beat
her. On the eve of May 1, 2002, Zhang went to a local teahouse for refreshment.
Suddenly he felt terribly discomfort in his head, and the other people called
for an ambulance to send him to hospital. He died in hospital not long after. He
was 43. Zhang's colleagues often read about cases of retribution in the Dafa
materials they confiscate. A lot of them partly believed what they read. After
they saw Zhang, who had seemed otherwise strong and healthy, mysteriously die,
they discussed privately Zhang had met with karmic retribution. More of them now
believe in what is said in Dafa materials. They persuaded each other not to be
serious in dealing with Falun Gong affairs. Case 2: Zhao Ming, a policeman of the Dazhong Street Police Station, East
City Police Sub-Dept., Xining City, Qinghai Province, was assigned to take
charge of local security. After July 20, 1999, he frequently harassed the local
Falun Gong practitioners, monitored them and followed their tracks and provided
the "610 Office" with excuses for persecution. Turning a deaf ear to
practitioners' kind advice, he helped the police of the Xining Police
Department, East City Sub-Department and the "610 Office" to arrest Falun Gong
practitioners several times. One night in September 2002, Zhao drove home after a night of drinking. He
was driving recklessly and the vehicle crashed. He died in hospital. He was 29. |
