New York State Assembly Member Frank Seddio Writes to Congratulate the 2004 New York Falun Dafa Conference


(Clearwisdom.net, May 5, 2004) On April 11, 2004, over 4,000 Dafa practitioners gathered in Manhattan, New York and solemnly held a cultivation experience sharing conference. New York State Assembly Member Frank Seddio wrote a congratulatory letter to the conference.

Dear Ms. Sha:

I am very pleased to be given the opportunity to greet the members of Falun Gong as you meet in New York City to celebrate the important work of your organization.

It is both fitting and proper for Falun Gong to come to New York the unofficial capital of the world and a symbol of tolerance and understanding.

Nowhere in America have so many people from all walks of life come together to create a society that is the envy of the World.

It is my hope that Falun Gong achieves great success in all of its activities and that the communist rulers of China will finally understand that their country can not truly be a part of the modern world until they give their people the freedom that all mankind is entitled to.

Again you have my congratulations and best wishes for a successful conference in New York City.
