(Clearwisdom.net) On Saturday April 10, 2004, thousands of Falun Gong practitioners held a grand parade in Manhattan's Chinatown. The parade was composed of nine groups, each telling a different part of the Falun Gong story. From Falun Gong's introduction to the public, its spread around the world, to being persecuted in China. The atmosphere was very touching. The parade was part of the 2004 Falun Gong Experience Sharing Conference held in New York. Teacher Li Hongzhi came in person on April 11 to speak to the more than 4,000 assembled in the experience sharing conference hall.
