Montgomery wrote to Falun Dafa practitioners of Brooklyn in honor of Falun Dafa
and the Founder Mr. Li Hongzhi. Below is the letter. May 5, 2004 Dear Practitioners of Brooklyn: Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a meditation practice based on the
principles "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance". Mr. Li HongZhi, the founder of Falun Dafa, first introduced Falun Dafa to the
public in China in May, 1992 since then, Falun Dafa has been spread to over 60
countries and areas, the main book < Falun Dafa first came to New York in 1996, and deeply rooted in Brooklyn.
Falun Dafa practitioners in Brooklyn come from all walks of life with all kinds
of culture background. Falun Dafa practitioners in Brooklyn have obtained tremendous benefits from
practicing Falun Dafa both physically and spiritually, and practitioners in
Brooklyn have held numerous activities to introduce Falun Dafa to the community,
such as free teaching practice, free seminar, attending street fair, etc., share
the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" to the whole
community. Falun Dafa Practitioners celebrate the 5th anniversary of World Falun Dafa
Day in Brooklyn, and call for all the Help to stop the persecution of Falun Gong
in China. I honor the World Falun Dafa Day Celebration and its founder Li HongZhi for
