1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Liu Chunhua Arrested

On April 15, Dalian Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Chunhua was arrested by agents from the Dalian City "610 Office" (1).

2. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Two Dafa Practitioners of Xishangtuan Village, Wutu Town Arrested

On the night of May 11, 2004, Dafa practitioners Ms. Liu Shuying and Ms. Mao Xiuping from Xishangtuan Village, Wutu Town, Changle County, Shandong Province were distributing truth-clarification materials. The police arrested them and took them to Wutu Town Local Police Station. On May 12, the police illegally searched their homes, confiscated Dafa books and materials, and forcibly took Liu Shuying's husband to Wutu Town Local Police Station. They detained him all morning, threatened him and attempted to extort money from him.

The police who seized Wang Yanmei are Wang Renfa and other policemen from the Wutu Town Local Police Station.

3. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Three Dafa Practitioners from Fengle Town Seized and Their Homes Ransacked

Gansu Province, Wuwei City, Fengle Town Dafa practitioner Zhi Wanchao was arrested at home by Chief Chen Fenggang (86-13309359858(Cell)) of the National Security Brigade and others on May 9, 2004. The police then brutally tortured him for three days, and illegally searched his home.

Gansu Province, Wuwei City, Shuangcheng Town Dafa practitioner Qi Jiaxiang was arrested at a fellow practitioner's home on May 12, 2004 and sent to the National Security Brigade. His home was searched. Shuangcheng Town Police participated in the arrest.

Gansu Province, Wuwei City, Shuangcheng Town Dafa practitioner Zhang Jinliang was arrested by Shuangcheng Town Local Police on May 13, 2004 for posting truth-clarification flyers. He was taken to the National Security Brigade. The police searched his home, confiscated a television, video compact disk machine, and extorted 3,000 yuan (2) in cash.

4. [Nanjing, Jiangsu Province] Dai Xinmei Arrested Again

Ms. Dai Xinmei, a Falun Gong practitioner from Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Group Chemical Fiber Factory, over 30 years old, lives in Room 302, Building 8, No. 7 Village of Yangzi Petrochemical. She was dismissed after the state enterprise paid her a lump sum in compensation, based on the number of years she worked. She no longer receives any benefits from the government and was arrested at home. Because she is steadfast in her belief in Falun Dafa, Nanjing policemen arrested her again in early April, and detained her in Jurong Forced Labor Camp before May 1. 5. [China] Former Huanan Agricultural University Dafa Practitioners Zhu Yuhong and Tian Huiwen (A Couple) are Illegally Sentenced

Zhu Yuhong, the former person in charge of Huanan Agricultural University Assistant Center was sentenced to 13 years in prison, and has been detained at Tianhe District Detention Center. During the past two months, the police increased their persecution of her. She has been wearing foot shackles for two months, and no family visits are allowed. The police also refused to answer any inquiries from her family. At the same time, her husband, Tian Huiwen, was also sentenced to 14 years after a truth-clarification material production site was discovered and destroyed by the authorities. He has been sent to Guangdong Sihui Jail.

6. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Dafa Practitioners Feng Wentao, Lin Jieshan, Liu Ziyun and Others Arrested by the Local Police

On December 13, 2000, Guangzhou Dafa practitioner Feng Wentao was arrested at Tianhe Dongpu, and detained at Shangshe Detention Center. The police notified his family members a month later. Feng Wentao has been illegally put on trial several times. He was secretly sentenced to 6 years in December 2002, and transferred to Guangdong Sihui Jail.
