According to reliable sources, seven Falun Gong practitioners including Huang Wei, Qiu Liying and Junior Miao who were illegally arrested in Shijiazhuang City were transferred back to the Hedong Police Substation. Qiu Liying has been on hunger strike since the day of abduction.

Yang Yuliang, a policeman from the Hedong Police Substation, was involved in the unlawful arrest particularly while Ma Wensheng and others from the Politics and Security Team of Shijiazhuang Public Security Bureau are mainly responsible for it as chief instigators.

Ms. Lu Xin, a 37-year-old teacher from the Chinese Department of Changchun University, was abducted in April 2004. She was detained in the No.3 Detention Center of Changchun Public Security Bureau. On May 17, 2004, she was forcibly taken to the Jilin Female Forced Labor Camp (Hezuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City), where she was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

Ms. Li Shuying is a 56-year-old peasant from Qiuzhuang Village, Xingchun Town of Hejian City, Hebei Province. Due to her unshakable belief in "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance", she has been constantly harassed and abducted by officers from the local Public Security Bureau and police substation since July 20, 1999. Prior to May 1^st, she was arrested again and her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Xuan Yueping, a practitioner in her forties from Enping City, was arrested in late April 2004. Currently she is being kept in custody in Enping Detention Center.

Xuan Yueping had to leave her home and became destitute around June or July 2001 to avoid illegal detention. In April 2002, she was abducted by police and taken to the Public Security Bureau, however she escaped using her righteous thoughts. Feng Chao, head of the "610 Office" and Cen Jiaying, assistant director of the "610 Office", went to each town, township, street or lane with her photo in order to find her. Her family members and relatives were threatened and harassed as a result of her escape.

Ma Shiyan, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Chaoyang Town of Huinan County, was arrested at home around 5:00 pm on April 27, 2004. The police illegally searched her home and confiscated Dafa books and some truth-clarifying materials. Currently, Ma Shiyan is being detained in Beishan Detention Center in Chaoyang Town. Zhao Lianyong, head of the "610 Office" went to the detention center many times in an attempt to conduct intensified persecution.

Xin Enhao, 28 years old, lives in Mine Ten of the Datong Mineral Bureau. In August 2001, she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa and was arrested. Later, she was sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor and detained in Xindian Female Forced Labor Camp, where she has been subjected to inhumane torture both physically and spiritually. The initial term imposed on her came to an end in February 2004. However, she hasn't been released yet simply because she will not give up practicing Falun Dafa as required by the authorities.

Zhao Tingjun was reported for writing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying signs on April 16. He was arrested at home and his whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Zhang Cuihua, Ms. Zheng Daqin and Ji Wenling were abducted by the police and taken to the Chifeng Brainwashing Program. They were working in the field or at home when they were arrested. In the same day, police abducted Meng Qingchao as well. His whereabouts are currently unknown.

Erxianqiao Police Substation located in Chenghua District of Chengdu City has hired local thugs to follow Falun Dafa practitioners since the end of April. Consequently, Yang Hong and Wu Dingrong were arrested and taken to Xinjing Brainwashing Center for an eight-month long forced brainwashing program.

Around May 17 or May 18, Xu Guizhi, a practitioner from Aohan Banner of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, was arrested by Aohan Banner Public Security Bureau while distributing truth-clarifying materials. We do not know yet where she is being detained.

Mr. Xie Changbao, in his thirties, is a practitioner from Tiexi District of Shenyang City. In July 2001, he was unjustly arrested. Currently he is being detained in Huazi Prison of Liaoyang for an imposed term of seven years.

Mr. Fan Xuejun, 33 years old, is a practitioner from Huanggu District of Shenyang City. He was abducted in July 2001 and is being detained in Chaoyang Prison for an imposed term of seven years.

Ms. Hu Dongxia and Ms. Zhou Zhimei, two practitioners from Xiangtan Mengye Group were arrested at home before dinner on April 19, 2004. Hu Dongxia's home was searched without justification. Presently the two practitioners are being detained in Sanjiaoping Detention Center in Xiangtan City.
