Mother of Child Less than One Month Old Is Illegally Imprisoned

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Lu Yanna, a Falun Dafa practitioner and former teacher in the First Professional College of Longkou City, Shandong Province had been persecuted to the point of being destitute and homeless. With her child less than one month old, she was forcefully taken back to Longkou City and imprisoned by the police of Longkou City from Qianshan County, Anhui Province, over 300 miles away. She was also forced to sign a statement handing over her less than one-month child to the foster care of her family. Ms. Lu refused to obey them and wrote another statement instead, but the police did not dare to accept it.

The following is the statement written by Ms. Lu.

My name is Lu Yanna, and I am a Falun Gong practitioner. Because my husband Diao Xihui and I persisted in our belief in Zhen Shan Ren (Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance), appealed according to the law and clarified the facts of Falun Gong, we have suffered from persecution. Now, we are imprisoned illegally and have lost our personal freedom, so I am unable to take care of my less than one-month daughter, Shanshan, in person and have been forced to hand over Shanshan to my husband's mother for foster care.

The persecution of Falun Gong, launched by Jiang Zemin, has caused a separation between mother and daughter, between father and daughter and between husband and wife! But the dark clouds cannot block the sun forever. The restoration of Falun Gong's reputation is only a matter of time. In my life, I will certainly take to court those directly or indirectly responsible for persecuting my family and hold them legally liable. If I unfortunately die, my daughter will continue this will. This writing is an official document that serves as evidence that my whole family is being persecuted.

Ms Lu is currently protesting the persecution by hunger striking. She is secretly and illegally imprisoned in Beihai Hospital where she is being given intravenous drips. Her family members are not allowed to visit her.
