Crimes Committed by Policewoman Li Xueyan at Beijing's Fengtai Detention Center
(Clearwisdom.net) Li Xueyan, about 30, is a policewoman at the Fengtai
Detention Center in Beijing. She is head of the No. 4 female section. She is
responsible for persecuting the Falun Gong practitioners at the detention
center. The cells in the Fengtai Detention Center are larger compared to other
detention centers and can hold more people. To persecute practitioners that were
holding a hunger strike, the criminals would gang up to attack them. The head of
the cell said, "If each of us forty prisoners feeds you one mouthful of
food, you will be full." After such a "feeding," the face and
body of the practitioner would be covered with bruises. Practitioner Yang
Jinxiu's front teeth were almost knocked out during the procedure. Another practitioner who had scabies was dragged to the guardroom. Seven
detention center officials stripped off her clothes and applied medication all
over her body. Afterwards the practitioner was in unbearable pain. Practitioners who insist in practicing the Falun Gong exercises are subjected
to terrible treatment. Thugs would pull out their eyebrows, pull out their pubic
hair, and pour cold water over them. They also put handcuffs and fetters on
practitioners who didn't cooperate with them. Because of health reasons, the prisons would not accept some practitioners,
but Li Xueyan told the heads of the cells to secretly put medicine in their
food. Dafa practitioner Ms. Wu Yao was persecuted this way when she was sent to
the detention center for a third time. Wu Yao was forcibly sent to the center
even though she was passing blood in her stool. She later was tortured to death.
