Ms. Liu Xiaolian, 63, Suffers Five More Months of Severe Torture
(Clearwisdom.net) On May 29, 2004, having been detained in Chibi City
Detention Center in Hubei Province for 5 months, 63 year old Ms. Liu Xiaolian of
Chibi County was carried home by county officers and police station personnel. Since Jiang and his associates' began to suppress Falun Gong, this senior
lady has been suffering from all kinds of hardships. In December 2003, Minghui
and Clearwisdom.net published the article "Surviving
Extreme Torture - A Lotus Flower that Never Withers" to report her being
crudely persecuted at a detention center with the "Five Horses Separating the
Body" torture and drug injections. This called attention to people abroad and
within and caused panic to those who persecuted Ms. Liu. So to silence her and
prevent the world from learning the truth, they unlawfully detained Ms. Liu
again. On December 29, 2003, Chibi City "610 office" (1) and National Security
personnel together with county officers and Director Yu of the Ladies'
Association broke into Ms. Liu's home. They searched the apartment and took away
1000 yuan (2), which was the hard earned money from fellow practitioners for her
to have physical checkups for her injuries. They threatened her spouse not to
move or talk, while dragging Ms. Liu from the 3rd floor down to the
police car beside the road. They shoved a sock they removed from her foot into
her mouth and pushed her head down to the car floor for more than one hour while
several people bent her arms behind her back. Then in a meeting room, they
tortured Ms. Liu, causing her bones to feel as if they were broken and her
joints to be dislocated, as well as causing her to lose control of her urination
for a week. On January 10, 2004, the city "610 office" and National Security personnel
transferred Ms. Liu from the roundhouse to the city detention center. Before
entering the cell, the center director Deng Dingsheng hit and beat her head
while saying, "We'll give you Five Horses Separating the Body again!" (Deng was
the prime culprit in previously applying those crude tortures to Ms. Liu.) On February 19, 2004, while Ms. Liu was meditating and sending forth
righteous thoughts, Detention Center Deputy Director Qian Yulan used a heavy
boot and frantically hit Ms. Liu's head causing her eyes and ears to bleed, and
blood to flow out of her nose and mouth like tap water, covering her whole body
and blanket in the cell. On March 27, 2004, Detention Center Director Deng Dingsheng pushed two
pitchers full of water into Ms. Liu's face and the face of 71 year old
practitioner Ms. Huang Cengxiu. Ms. Huang's nose was smashed flat and there was
a big cut from her nose to the right ear exposing the flesh and bleeding. On
3/30/2004, the center police were concerned about these two detained
practitioners' crying out "Falun Dafa is Good", so they put the two ladies into
an isolation chamber. The police blasted them with high volume propaganda the
whole day and cuffed their feet together inside the isolation chamber. The long-term illegal detention and torture led Ms. Liu Xiaolian to lose her
ability to take care of herself and she became bedridden in the cell. The guards
were afraid of being held responsible for her death, so they told her family
members to take her home. Ms. Liu's family members demanded three things from
the center: The police did not respond to the conditions but just carried Ms. Liu home. Name list of liable persons: Deng Dingsheng, Chibi City Public
