(Clearwisdom.net) Between June 11-13, 2004, Falun Gong
practitioners from Hungary, Slovakia and Germany introduced Falun Dafa at a
Sports Festival, which is held annually in the Hungarian capital of Budapest.
The festival activities began at eleven in the morning and ended at six in the
evening every day, and over two hundred thousand people took part.
Falun Gong practitioners promoted Falun Dafa, hoping to have
more Hungarians encounter and experience Falun Dafa's uniqueness. Plenty of
people expressed their sympathy and support for Falun Gong after hearing the
truth about the persecution currently taking place in China. Practitioners
collected petition signatures calling for an end to the persecution. After the
activities ended, the practitioners went to send forth righteous thoughts at the
Chinese Embassy.
