(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa Practitioner Ms. He Xiuling of Zhifu District,
Yantai City, Shandong Province was abducted and taken to a brainwashing center
on September 1, 2003 and subsequently tormented crudely with physical and mental
tortures. On March 4, 2004, she was sent to a hospital for surgery, which caused
her death.
Ms. He Xiuling, age 52, was a resident at No. 203-9, Fuyuan Road, Zhifu
District, Yantai City. Because she practiced Falun Gong, Ms. He was abducted by
Yantai public security bureau's Zhifu District "610 Office" (1), and
taken to a forced brainwashing center on September 1, 2003. Because she refused
to give up practicing Falun Dafa, Ms. He was unlawfully detained at the Zhifu
Detention Center, where she suffered savage torture and thus became ill. On March 4, 2004, "610 Office" head Li and detention center
director Zhang sent Ms. He Xiuling to Yuhuangding Hospital. She refused to
receive any injections, but the "610 Office" and the detention center
collaborated with the hospital to forcibly inject her with something, and
punctured her spinal cord in the process. This caused Ms. He to die later. All
these illegal activities were conducted without notifying her family members. Ms. He's corpse is still at the Yantai Funeral Home, attracting very little
attention from others, while her relatives have no way of appealing to anyone. (1) "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute
Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party
and all other political and judiciary systems.
