(Clearwisdom.net) The Central News Agency reported on June 25, 2004, that Ottawa Falun Gong practitioners carried out a live depiction of torture methods imposed upon Falun Gong practitioners in China. The public display depicted a female practitioner being held in a cage, with a blood-stained metal chair beside the cage. In the metal cage at the back, a female practitioner is shown being hung up by her arms while another practitioner is being tortured by a policeman. Although they are reenactments, the scenes were very disturbing to witness and clearly showed the brutal nature of the persecution of Falun Gong in China.
