Family Members of Dafa Practitioners in China Are Speaking Out to Rescue their Loved Ones By Ziwei

by Jiang and his followers, many Dafa practitioners' families did not understand
why they continued to clarify the truth under such adverse conditions.
Practitioners try their best to consider their families and create a harmonious
environment. They also clarify the truth about the persecution to their own
family members. When one Dafa practitioner was detained others would step
forward to try and help the family understand why it is important to
courageously resist the persecution. They helped the families to understand that
the persecutors were breaking laws and destroying the fabric of society. As a
result, the families began to demand the return of their persecuted loved ones.
A Family Writes to the Head of the City Public Security Bureau and Demands
the Release of a Practitioner
A Dafa practitioner was the person in charge of technology at a certain
company. He is an uncommonly talented person. However, he was illegally
sentenced because he attended a dinner hosted by practitioners of Falun Gong. At
first, his mother was deeply grieved and not able to think clearly. After
experiencing the shock of her son's imprisonment, she finally wiped her tears
away, wrote a long letter to the Head of the Public Security Bureau in their
city and demanded her son's release. She wrote in the letter: "When my son was arrested by your policemen, the police searched his home and
confiscated his property. When I arrived at his home, I found all of his cash
and diamond wedding ring had been stolen by the police. They also stole his car.
I spent two years getting the car back through the Office of Inspecting
Discipline. The police wore the car out and ruined its original condition. As
the head of the City Public Security Bureau, don't you think it is a shame that
your own subordinates did such a thing? Aren't they bringing shame on the title
of people's police? The purpose of writing this letter is not for asking for my
son's cash and jewelry back. I hope you can strengthen the discipline of the
police team." "You sent my son to court. I never received any notification for the trial
and he was sentenced without the family's knowledge. In the court, the public
prosecutor showed a list of property confiscated when his home was searched, but
this list did not match the one he signed at all. My son was heavily sentenced.
The person you personally arrested was not treated justly at all. Do you think
you are doing good things?" "He has been detained for more than three years. He is not a criminal and did
not bring any harm to others. So he should not have to compensate with the
suffering of imprisonment ...A talented person is thrown into disuse for no good

A family member of a Dafa practitioner who was illegally sentenced complains
that there are no human rights in China
A Dafa practitioner was directly sent to a forced labor camp three years ago
because she told personnel of the "610 Office" (1), "Falun Dafa is a righteous
Fa that teaches people to be good." After being released, she told her father
the persecution she suffered in the forced labor camp, as well as what she saw
and heard. A year later, she was arrested again and sentenced. Her father called
one of her fellow practitioners and told him the information. At this time, this
old man was beyond his endurance. He complained indignantly that Jiang Zemin
persecuted his daughter.
He said: "My daughter is very filial. When she was in the forced labor camp,
I went to see her and asked her how it was going. She always asked us to set our
hearts at rest and gave me a flower-like smile. Once she came back, she told us
she was not allowed to sleep for many days when she was in the camp. She was
also beaten up. Some people who were detained with were stressed to the point of
mental breakdowns. She kept the bitterness to herself so that we would not worry
about her! When she was arrested the previous time, her child was just over a
year old. He cried every day to see his mother. When she came home, he was
already three years old. Right now, he is four years old and his mother has been
arrested again. When she was in the forced labor camp, her husband had an
affair. Why are they arresting her again? Jiang Zemin is still harming people! I
clearly know what kind of person my daughter is. I will testify that she is
innocent. I will report to all relative departments and demand the release of my
daughter!"
A Dafa practitioner's Family Protects other Practitioners
A Dafa practitioner clarified the truth to her husband after she was released
from a forced labor camp, which helped her husband support Dafa even more. One
time, she was illegally detained in a detention center because she gave out a
truth clarification CD. Her husband asked someone to send a message to her
fellow practitioners and tell them why she was taken away. Most likely she
refused to betray fellow practitioners while in the detention center and did not
reveal the source of the CD. Now, the police have started to watch her home to
try to find out whom she has contact with. He warned others not to come to his
home to see him at the current time, and not to call because the phone may be
tapped. He told others to reduce their losses and take care of themselves.
Later, he also said, he knew about the evil things in the forced labor camp and
that he must try to get his wife back. He cannot let his wife bear such
suffering. He would also tell his overseas daughter to appeal for the rescue of
her mother.
A Dafa practitioner's family resists harassment from the police and cadres of
the neighborhood committee
A Dafa practitioner clarified the truth to her own family immediately after
she came back from a forced labor camp. Although she clarified the truth to her
family before, her family members did not pay as much attention because she told
the stories of others. This time, all of what she said was her personal
experience. All of her family members were convinced. After knowing their own
family member suffered so much, they were very indignant and changed their
previous way of meekly submitting to abuse.
After she was released, the police and the personnel of the neighborhood
committee often came to her home with the excuse of "an order by the higher
authority". On a certain "sensitive day', the neighborhood committee came to see
her mother again and said in a surly manner, "The higher authority said she
still has contacts with other practitioners. We have already said good words for
her. You'd better advise her not to contact other practitioners." However, this
Dafa practitioner's mother did not agree. She said: "You go back to ask your
"higher authority" what information they rely on to say she had contacts with
others? Show the evidence! Why did you follow my daughter or tap our home's
telephone? The country put respect for human rights into the Constitution. Did
they do it for no reason? What evidence?" I stay with her every day. I did not
see her contact anyone. My daughter was tortured by the police, causing her to
have bad health. When she was in the forced labor camp, those Falun Gong
practitioners helped her. Without those good people, it is unknown what kind of
state she would be in right now! Contacting good people, so what? Do you
prohibit people from talking to each other?"
Right now, the facts indicate that more and more Dafa practitioners' families
are awakening, and they are speaking out from a sense of justice for their own
family members. When the practitioners are arrested again, many Dafa
practitioners' families are rescuing them in accordance with the law.

with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other
political and judiciary systems.
