(Clearwisdom.net) On May 11, 2004, City Clark Russell Dyson, on behalf of the Council for the City of Port Alberni, wrote to the Falun Dafa Association of Canada and proclaimed May 2004 as Falun Dafa Month honoring Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in the City of Port Alberni, British Columbia, Canada.
