(Clearwisdom.net) Zhang Fuzhen was a Falun Gong practitioner from Pingdu City, Shandong Province. In 2001, she was arrested and sent to a brainwashing class to be persecuted. Sun Fuxiang from Hongshan Farm Technology Station was assigned to monitor Zhang Fuzhen. Sun said she witnessed the death of Ms. Zhang, who died in an extremely painful way.

Sun recalled what happened: "The police stripped Ms. Zhang of her clothes, and shaved her head. They tortured and insulted her. She was tied, spread eagle, on a bed. She had to relieve herself on the bed. Then they injected some unknown poisonous drug into her. As soon as she was injected with the drug, she felt unbearable pain. She struggled as if she were being driven out of her mind, and she died very painfully. The officials from the '610 Office' (1) witnessed the whole course of Ms. Zhang's death."

(1) The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
