Falun Dafa Participates in the Everett, Washington Independence Day Parade (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 4, 2004, practitioners from Seattle, Vancouver and Oregon joined the Independence Day Parade in Everett, Washington, a city not far from Seattle.

Everett is the headquarters of Boeing Company, and it played an important role in American history during WWII. There are many Chinese people living in this small, historic city. The Independence Day Parade attracted many spectators, including families, from throughout the city.

Dafa practitioners brought a fresh feeling to the small city. People applauded Falun Gong and acclaimed the practitioners' Tang Dynasty Costume Dance. In front of the viewing stand, the host introduced Falun Gong's effect on improving people's physical and mental health, and also told people about the ongoing persecution in China.

Wherever practitioners went, they were well received by spectators.
