By a Taiwanese Falun Dafa Practitioner
(Clearwisdom.net) Before the end of this semester, the National Chung
Cheng University student Falun Dafa Club organized Falun Dafa Week. This year,
they invited the student Falun Dafa clubs from Nan Hua University, National
Chiayi University, and Wufeng Institute of Technology to join the activity. It
gave the students and teachers of the university the opportunity to learn not
only about the beauty of Falun Dafa but also about the new culture and new
science stemming from Dafa.
At the Falun Gong tables, practitioners displayed information about
scientific discoveries and archaeological research showing that the origin of
human beings is different from what people usually think. The Falun Dafa Week
activities also included a picture exhibition of new scientific discoveries,
Falun Dafa films, the Falun Gong exercise demonstrations and lectures on the
subject of "Understanding Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." The professors
and student practitioners shared their experiences on the stage and thus some
members of the audience became interested and began practicing Falun Dafa.
One student from our university had visited Mainland China and heard many
lies and slanderous words about Falun Dafa, which he in turn began to repeat on
campus. Another student didn't agree with him and talked about how Falun Dafa
was spreading throughout the world, and told him some other facts about Dafa.
But he was not very clear about some aspects of the truth himself, so he came
to our table and asked for more truth-clarification materials. In the end, he
took with him a lot of truth-clarification materials and a copy of Zhuan
Falun.
Other people came to our table to ask about the persecution in China.
Since most people only believe things they can see, the practitioners
prepared a lot of pictures, including images showing scientific proof of some
of the teachings of Falun Dafa and examples of persecution cases. These
pictures helped the visitors to understand the cruelness of the persecution in
China and also let people share in the beauty of Falun Dafa.
