(Clearwisdom.net) "Independence Day" is a symbol of the American people's pursuit of freedom and resistance to oppression. This year, it also became a platform for Falun Gong practitioners to demonstrate the beauty of Dafa and expose the evil persecution.

On July 2 and 3, 2004, Falun Gong practitioners in Ohio participated in two parades, one in the capitol of Columbus, the other in the city of Dublin. Among the western style processions, the Falun Gong float, exercise demonstrations, elegant Tang dynasty costumes, and dances won much applause. Practitioners also distributed many truth-clarifying flyers.
