A Judge and Two Party Secretaries Meet Karmic Retribution for Persecuting Falun Dafa

These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.

Yuan Quansheng, the Vice Presiding Judge at Nangang District Criminal Court in Harbin City, died of liver cancer in September 2002. In June 2002, he suddenly began to suffer from a stomachache while playing cards during the noon break. He had to go to the hospital for treatment. The medical diagnosis indicated that Yuan was suffering from liver cancer, which subsequently spread to become bone cancer. After experiencing unbearably bitter suffering, he died in September at the age of forty. His death caused a big stir among the judges and other colleagues at the court.

Yuan was in charge of the Falun Gong matter. During his tenure in office he sentenced Falun Gong practitioners to long terms of twelve to fifteen years in prison.

1. Liu, the Party Secretary in Baijiagou Township, Faku County, saw a painted sign with the words, "Falun Dafa is good," on the wall, as he was passing by the grain storage building on April 30, 2004. After driving back to the township hall, he called the village head on the phone to immediately have the sign covered over. On May 2, Liu was killed in a traffic accident on his way home. The two passengers who accompanied him were not injured. The local villagers said Liu had called the village head several times to have the sign removed. The auto accident occurred three days later.

2. Li Yulin, the Party Secretary in Baojiatun Middle School, Faku County, closely followed Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners in the school. He took the lead in implementing the persecution campaign in his county. He forced the teachers and students to look at slanderous pictures defaming Falun Gong, which he displayed on campus. Later, Li suffered from serious diseases and had to stay in a hospital in Shenyang City for treatment. After spending a large amount of money, he temporarily recovered. However, in February 1, 2004 (lunar calendar), Li gave a shrill cry during the night when he woke up, and fell back in bed and died.
