Using the Judicial System to Clarify the Truth in China

(Clearwisdom.net) Truth clarification efforts, from the start of the persecution until now, have helped many people learn the truth about Falun Gong. However, there are still many people who do not know the truth or deny the truth and who need to be saved, including police officers, procuratorial officers, and labor camp staff. The National Justice Department has seriously investigated five types of abuse of human rights committed by law enforcement agencies. Among them, the second involves illegal search and detention. The third type concerns the use of torture to extract confessions from detainees, and the practice of obtaining evidence with violence. The fifth of the five types of cases concerns the abuse of detainees. Falun Gong practitioners have experienced the violation of all of the Human Rights Laws covered in the investigation.

Many practitioners have been tortured severely, even to death, with no justification. Dafa practitioners should bring such cases of torture to court righteously. Telling the Justice Department about the torture you have experienced is also clarifying the truth. You are offering them salvation while at the same time punishing the evil.

Master has stated many times before that there are still some practitioners who are behind in cultivation, who have not stepped forward to clarify the truth. Do the people that do not dare to bring their cases to court also count as practitioners who could not step out to spread the truth? Those who have been detained and severely tortured do not dare to come out and bring their case to court. A female practitioner, who was treated violently by the police, did not dare to bring her case to court because her everyday notions blocked her from doing so. Fear took advantage of many of our practitioners. They do not dare to come out and tell their stories. Do these people not count as practitioners who do not step out to clarify the truth?

Some practitioners are taken into custody, and their families find someone to deliver money to the police, and that practitioner then gets released. Then they are arrested again, and the families again have to give money to the police. Using this technique, the police can collect over ten thousand Yuan (1) from one family. Some of these practitioners cannot bring their case to court because of their human sentimentality. They think that if they tell about the abuse they have suffered, the people who helped them get out will also be in trouble. Actually, all these are arrangements that the old forces have made. They arrange for you to be illegally taken into custody, then your families, using money, get you out of jail and then your human sentimentality for your family and friends forbids you from telling the Justice Department about the injustice. Actually they are all on the same side, all following the arrangements the old forces have made. When you overcome this sentimentality, you will go to the Justice Department and tell them your case, and let the people who got you out explain what really happened. In the process, you clarify the truth to the people. What a great opportunity! Do not let human sentimentality bog you down. Let go of it and step forward to clarify the truth. There are too many beings that need salvation from you.

Actually, when you go to court, the outcome of the case is not important. It is the process of clarifying the truth and letting others know what's really happening that is truly important.

Before a lawsuit, things may seem very hard. Your thinking that the case could turn this way or that way is actually just the old forces interfering with you. Let go of your attachments and let your thoughts be righteous, and everything will be fine. The judge will ask you to explain the details of your torture. During that time you can clarify the truth to them. Usually it is very hard to clarify truth to the court staff. But you can use your case as an excuse to tell them about Falun Gong. They will know why you have brought your case to court, they will know about the truth behind the prosecution, and everything will go very smoothly. Through this form of clarifying the truth, you will have saved many more sentient beings.
