Second Overseas Falun Dafa Young Practitioners' Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference Held in Washington DC (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of July 22, 2004, the Second Overseas Falun Dafa Young Practitioners' Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in an auditorium at Catholic University of America in the capital of the US. There were nearly 200 young practitioners and their parents from across the US, Canada, France, Taiwan and Australia. Forty articles from twenty-three young practitioners were read at the conference.

Practitioners are sending righteous thoughts

Some of young practitioners said in their experience sharing that after practicing Falun Gong, they became physically healthy and no longer caught illnesses. Some said that when sometimes their classmates teased them, they thought of Master's teaching that we should be tolerant, so afterwards they would not get angry. Many of them talked about Fa study and upgrading of Xinxing [heart or mind nature.] The young practitioners planted "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" into their pure hearts through cultivating Falun Dafa.

Eight-year-old Christy Kwok from New Jersey said that he clarified the truth about Falun Gong to his teachers and classmates at school, and also explained the facts about Falun Gong to Chinese people through Internet chatting.

Twelve-year-old practitioner Liao Ruoshan from Washington DC shared his experience in Fa study, exercise practice, recitation of the Fa, truth clarification and sending forth righteous thoughts.

After reading their articles, young practitioners also performed arts programs; for example, Washington DC Minghui School young practitioners performed the musical instrument solo, "I'm a Young Dafa Practitioner," Los Angeles young practitioners' chorus, "Falun Dafa is Good," and three young ladies from the Canadian Lotus Arts Group performed a Dai nationality dance.

The First Overseas Falun Dafa Young Practitioners' Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held on December 27, 2003 in Taipei's Shipai National Middle School. Because of Dafa practitioners' careful preparations, about 1200 young practitioners, their parents and guests from Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia and other places attended the Fa conference.
