Luo Gan Intensifies Monitoring of Cadres and Deception of the Masses in Shandong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) During mid to late June, 2004, Luo Gan became quite active in Shandong Province's Qingdao and Jinan areas, secretly plotting to further persecute Falun Gong.

On the night of June 20, 2004, Luo Gan, who stayed at a guest house belonging to Shandong Province's Procuratorate located in Jinan City, held a meeting involving provincial and city officials and high level cadres who are responsible for Falun Gong matters. Luo Gan designated tasks to further the persecution of Falun Gong.

Luo Gan, who has been sued in multiple countries, instigated the cadres to hate Falun Gong, claiming that Falun Gong "collaborates with international anti-China forces," and that it was a threat that cannot be ignored. He tried to deceive people with fallacies, and made the groundless statement that, "A huge financial group gave Falun Gong $78,000,000. That's why they have so much money." Actually, Falun Gong practitioners around the world are individually using their own salaries and savings, as well as their hearts, to clarify the truth to save people and to resist the persecution. We have never taken a penny from any country, government, organization or company.

In order to sustain the persecution, which is becoming more and more unpopular, Luo Gan demanded that cadres "re-examine" all work units in the province, including businesses, and dismiss anyone who is not cooperating in persecuting Falun Gong. Every work unit is required to provide strict monitoring of Falun Gong practitioners, with the suppression being "target-oriented" and "well-planned." He also demanded that all work units implement this policy.

Luo Gan is traveling around the country executing his dark conspiracy to intensify the persecution of Falun Gong; yet, he is fearful of being exposed. Therefore, he does not dare to put his agenda in writing. A few days after his visit, CCTV broadcast Wen Jiabao's speech about the need to protect the Constitution. People must know that to protect the Constitution is to limit Jiang and Luo's illegal persecution of Falun Gong. Luo Gan's words and deeds only represent a very small percentage of those wicked few who are willing to go down this dark path. Luo Gan cannot represent the Central Government, and hopefully, the cadres and people of Shandong Province can sharpen their vigilance, size up the situation, see through this conspiracy and judge for themselves. Hopefully they will not persecute those good people who practice "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance," and will be responsible for their own futures.

Luo Gan brings disaster wherever he goes. The annual precipitation level in Jinan City was normal prior to this time, but after Luo Gan went to Shandong Province, the city was hit by a major storm. Afterwards, the entire province experienced disasters, including flooding and hail. Our fellow citizens in Shandong Province, please resist in supporting the persecution led by Jiang and Luo. Choosing kindness and happiness will bring a bright future for you and your families.

We suggest that practitioners of Jinan City use your powerful righteous thoughts to destroy all evil factors that are controlling Luo Gan in his bid to intensify the persecution of Dafa and Dafa practitioners.
