In April 2004, personnel from the Lianxin Police Station in the Jinjiang District arrested Dafa practitioners Zhao Yong, Min Qinjun and Li Xiaoyu from Chengdu City. When these practitioner were being sentenced in July 2004 in the Jinjiang District Court, they openly exposed that it's Jiang Zemin who ordered the persecution against Dafa. They were quickly sentenced to ten years imprisonment.

Practitioner Ms. He Xiaoqiu, who lived in Fuxin City, was arrested on March 19, 2002 because she participated in tapping into a local cable TV system to broadcast Dafa truth-clarifying videos in Anshan City and its suburbs. She was sentenced to 14 years in prison and is currently being held at Anshan City's No. 1 Detention Center. Her leg muscles have atrophied from the torture she has suffered. Her family members are not permitted to visit her.

On July 18, 2000, practitioner Mr. Jiang Yong from Changchun City went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was later sentenced to one year of forced labor. He has never given up cultivating in Dafa and resisted the persecution. Police harassed and arrested him whenever there was a "sensitive" date. He had no choice but to leave home and live in exile. On April 13, 2004, officers from the No. 1 National Security Team in Changchun City's Police Department arrested, interrogated and tortured him. Jiang Yong was later transferred to Changchun City's Police Hospital for further torture. On April 21, Jiang Yong was transferred to the city's Tiebie Detention Center. Police have so far forbidden his family members to visit him.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Yuhuan and others were arrested at the same time with him.

Ms. Sun Xiuxiang, 42 years old, was held for 15 days beginning on May 13, 2000, and sentenced to three years of imprisonment in 2001. She is currently being held in Tianjin City's Liqizhuang Female Prison.

Mr. Qiu Ronyan, 42 years old, Ms. Sun Xiuxiang's husband, was unlawfully sentenced to two years of forced labor on May 15, 2001. He was held in Beichen District's Shuangkou Forced Labor Camp, Tianjin City. Their son was in fourth grade in elementary school, and relatives looked after him.

On May 15, 2001, Ms. Guo Chunrong, 42 years old, was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and was held in the Banqiao Female Forced Labor Camp.

Ms. Chang Junxiang, 41 years old, was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor because she went to Beijing to validate the Fa on October 13, 2000. She was held in the Banqiao Female Forced Labor Camp.

On May 15, 2001, Ms. Dou Yonglan, 52 years old, was sentenced to one year of forced labor and held in the Banqiao Female Forced Labor Camp.

On October 15, 2000 Mr. Dong Fuwang, 62, was arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor and held in the Shuangkou Forced Labor Camp. Because of the severe abuse and maltreatment, he was bailed out for hospitalization in April 2001. In October 2002 he was arrested again and sentenced to three years of imprisonment in the city's Dagang Gangbei Prison. Following are details.

Dong Fuwang is a retired teacher and a Party member. After the arrest, the Party expelled him from membership and his pension was suspended. He has been discharged from the educational system where he had been working for many years.

Ms. Huang Fengting was sentenced to a forced labor camp on November 23, 2001. She was not released until April 20, 2003.

Ms. Gao Ruizhi was arrested on September 28, 2002 and then sentenced to forced labor. She is still being held currently.

Ms. Gu Xueling was held for half a month beginning July 19, 1999, and another month beginning December 23, 2001. On September 28, 2002 she was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and released on September 27, 2003.

At around 8:00 p.m. on November 6, 2003, personnel from Tonghua City's Minzhu Police Precinct, Jilin Province, broke into practitioner Zhou Quan's home by climbing over the wall and turned the house upside down. They didn't find anything, so they took two bundles of plastic flowers and two dishes of fruit as "evidence." Later Zhou Quan was sentenced to one year of forced labor and sent to Changchun City's Chaoyanggou Labor Camp.

Because Zhou Quan believes in Truth-Compassion-Tolerance, the police and criminals in the camp beat Zhou Quan with electric batons and wooden sticks, and did not allow Zhou Quan to sleep. Zhou Quan's whole body was covered with injuries, including lacerations on his ears. Police intended to force Zhou Quan to give up Dafa practice. Zhou Quan is still suffering from the so-called "forcible reforming efforts," which consist of brutal tortures to force Dafa practitioner to renounce their belief.

On June 21, 2004, some people coming out of an unmarked car abducted practitioners Ms. Yang Fengying and Ms. Yang Yuzhen from the Hanyang District in Wuhan City. The practitioners' family members had no idea of the abduction. Yang Yuzhen is held in a brainwashing class, but Yang Fengying's whereabouts remain unknown.

Many practitioners were recently arrested and put into a brainwashing class dedicated to persecuting practitioners in the Nuclear Industry Training Center in Sujiatuo Town in the Haidian District. It is reported that Liu Boxin from Sujiatuo Village, Sujiatuo Town, the Haidian District has been in the brainwashing class for 13 days.

According to information from a fellow practitioner, authorities in the Sanshui City Forced Labor Camp called Tan Junhui's family, telling them to come to see Tan because he had been on a hunger for three days. Tan is a Dafa practitioner from Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province. At the end of 2002, he was arrested in Guangzhou City for distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying information and then was sent to Sanshui City's Forced Labor Camp. When his parents went to see him, they saw his body was black and blue. Policemen stood by and didn't allow them to talk much. After each visit by his parents, the policemen escalated the torture on Tan. The details are under investigation.

On June 25, 2004, policemen from the Political and Security Section of Ningjiang District's No.1 Police Precinct in Songyuan City and from Ningjiang District's Linjiang Police Precinct arrested five Dafa practitioners in Songyuan City. They are currently being held at Songyuan City's Detention Center. Liu Shuyan, a teacher from the Youtian Primary School was the one who reported the five Dafa practitioners to police, leading to their arrest. Dafa practitioner Mr. Wei Lifeng is forced to leave his seriously ill mother and his son who just graduated from middle school, and they are without care currently.

The five Dafa practitioners are:

Mr. Wei Lifeng, former commissar of Fuyu County's Police Department in Song Yuan City;
Ms. Chen Minghui, Wei Lifeng's wife, an official of the Ningjiang District Labor Union;
Mr. Wei Xiyou, Wei Lifeng's father, a retired oil field official;
Mr. Wei, Wei Lifeng's brother;
Sun Mingxia, Ningjiang District's Labor Union official.

At 8:00 a.m. on July 2, 2004, four policemen from the Political and Security Team for Feicheng City's Police Department suddenly broke into Dafa practitioner Kong Yumei's house through the window. They confiscated a computer (worth 7,000 Yuan), a tape copier (worth 4,000 Yuan) and Dafa books. Two of the policemen are Liu Songyou and Wang Qingzhu (cell phone number: 86-13365389507). Wang Qingzhu even looted 3,000 Yuan of Kong Yumei's personal savings from a drawer and put the money into his pocket.

That same day, Dafa practitioner Kong Yumei and several other practitioners including Li Ping and Sun Aiqin were arrested and taken to Feicheng City's Brainwashing Center in Shiheng Town, Feicheng City.
