I just want to applaud the article, "Sibling rivalry: Mayor hesitates to condemn sister city for Falun Gong persecution" by Kelly Davis ["The Front Lines, July 7]. It is great to see such an article that touched my heart, since it really uncovered the truth about Falun Gong with in-depth research on its topic.

Some articles I have read about Falun Gong are really superficial and some even contain careless or irresponsible negative connotations about Falun Gong. The worst are just copied exactly from the Chinese media without understanding the truth about it. I know that the Chinese Communist government has used various ways to pressure the media and even intervenes with U.S. officials on the issue of Falun Gong. The world really needs media like you who can stand for justice.
