Sydney, Australia: Practitioners Participate in Community Festival (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 7, 2004, Sydney Falun Gong practitioners participated in a parade at the Hunters Hill Moocooboola Festival. Practitioners also demonstrated Falun Gong exercises at a beautiful bay site. This is the third time practitioners have participated in this event. Many VIPs, including state and provincial MPs, Mayor and community commissioners attended the parade.

It was a very nice day, and people were immersed in the holiday atmosphere. Among the participants of the parade, there were Scottish traditional costume, bagpipe, drum, scout, race car club, and also practitioners' waist drum troupe and Tang attire group. Practitioners also had a float on which children, western practitioners as well as Chinese practitioners demonstrated the 5^th Falun Gong exercise.

When practitioners' procession passed by the main stage, the host introduced Falun Gong to the audience, saying that we were a rich and colorful group.
