Practitioner Ma Jujun from Changji City Is Tortured in a Mental Hospital

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Ma Jujun, is a Falun Dafa practitioner in his 30's, living in Changji City, Xinjiang Province. Because he refused to renounce his belief in Falun Dafa, he is currently being detained in a mental hospital and watched day and night.

Before the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Ma Jujun was an assistant at the Changji Falun Dafa assistance center. In October 1999, Mr. Ma was illegally detained in a labor camp because he and other Dafa practitioners jointly appealed to the local government and clarified the truth about Falun Gong. He was released in 2002.

In February 2004, Ma Jujun was arrested again and subjected to brainwashing, in an attempt to "transform" him. Because he refused to renounce his belief, he was detained in the mental hospital where he is being watched day and night. Mr. Ma is currently suffering from brutal torture.
