1. One day, the head of the plant said to Xiaoliang's boss, "I definitely cannot agree to promote A (one of Xiaoliang's coworkers) to a full-time employee. If it were Xiaoliang, I'd agree." To explain why he said that, he shared what he had observed.

One day when he was on duty, he heard the gate of the plant kicked open with a big "bang". Then the gate closed by itself with another "bang". When he looked up, he saw A coming in. He noticed that he would never hear Xiaoliang coming in because Xiaoliang always carefully opened and closed the gate with his hands. Xiaoliang was the only one who was always this careful. The head of the plant said, "Therefore, if you see someone coming in yet you don't hear the gate, it must be Xiaoliang."

Another time, he heard someone turn on the faucet to wash their hands in the restroom. Then he saw A coming out. However, he found that A didn't turn off the faucet. The head of the plant said, "Xiaoliang would never do that." He also said, "We need to protect Xiaoliang [from the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners] at all costs."

2. Xiaoliang went to a party with some coworkers. When he saw B (another of his co-workers), he went up to him and started to chat with him cheerfully. When he just started to explain the facts of Falun Dafa, B said, "I know. You are a good person. You help others and place others' needs above yours. Therefore, Falun Dafa must be good. I'd like to practice it with you." There is actually more to this story. Earlier Xiaoliang and B went on a business trip by train together. The destination was so far away it took them a full day to arrive at that city. Fortunately, some seats were still available. On the train, Xiaoliang tried to explain the facts of Falun Dafa to B. However, B wasn't willing to listen. He was even against Xiaoliang practicing Falun Dafa. Just then, an old man in his sixties got on the train. There were no vacant seats. Xiaoliang immediately stood up and asked the old man to take his own seat. B saw what Xiaoliang did and was deeply moved since Xiaoliang had to stand all the way to their destination. He stopped arguing with Xiaoliang about Falun Dafa. We can see that what Xiaoliang did on the train changed B's opinion of Falun Dafa.
