Cases of Karmic Retribution Experienced after Slandering Falun Dafa and Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners, Kindness Towards Dafa is Rewarded

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Mr. Jiang Lanjian was a villager in the 4th Section in Shanghewan Village, Shanghewan Town, Jiutai City, Jilin Province. Mr. Jiang fell prey to Jiang Zemin's hate propaganda against Falun Dafa. After Mr. Jiang Lanjian cursed and slandered Falun Dafa in public, he was diagnosed with bone cancer and died a month after the diagnosis.

Mr. Li Guowei was a villager in Shiyang Village, Shanghewan Town, Jiutai City, Jilin Province. When he saw flyers containing the facts about Falun Dafa on the utility holes and walls on the streets, he would start cursing and slandering Falun Dafa. Shortly after Mr. Li Guowei began to slander Falun Dafa, he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and died soon after the diagnosis.

A villager from Shanghewan Town, Jiutai City, Jilin experienced something contrary to the aforementioned two villagers from Shanghewan Town. (The villager's name remains undisclosed for his safety and he will be referred to as villager A from now on.) Villager A's entire family are friendly to Falun Dafa. They often read flyers that contain facts about Falun Dafa, and they keep all their flyers in a safe place at home. Villager A used to suffer from many diseases. He had a health check not long ago and it turned out that he had become illness-free. He currently runs a successful small business.

Ms. Zhang Zhaoyu is from Rizhuang Town, Laixi City, Shandong Province. She saw Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Ding Hongzhen and Ms. Zhan Shue (from Lunanbu Village, Rizhaung Town, Laixi City, Shandong Province) distributing flyers and reported them to the police. After receiving the tip, the police abducted Ms. Ding and Ms. Zhan and took them to a forced labor camp. Ms. Ding Hongzhen has a baby at home. Since she is incarcerated in the forced labor camp, her husband had to quit his job to care for the baby. They own more than 7,330 square yards of rice paddies and a fruit orchard, which require more than one person to tend them. Her husband is torn between a large amount of farming chores and tending the baby. Everyone in the village sympathizes with the family's difficult situation. Many villagers declared, "Zhang Zhaoyu couldn't tell right from wrong and reported them. She has lost her conscience and Heaven will punish her sooner or later."

Soon after Ms. Zhang Zhaoyu reported Ms. Ding Hongzhen and Ms. Zhan Shue, and received several hundred yuan (the average monthly salary of an urban worker in China is 500 Yuan) in reward money, she suddenly became paralyzed and bedridden. Although she was admitted to the hospital several times, sought medical treatment in many places, and has spent nearly 10,000 yuan for medical treatments, she remains paralyzed and bedridden to this date.
