Practitioner Clarifying the Truth Leads to His Supervisor Learning the Truth and Resisting the Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) I used to work in a company with a high salary and admirable benefits. Two years ago, after being released from a forced labor camp, I was demoted and sent to work in a subordinate department because of my insistence on practicing Falun Dafa.

I was suspended for several weeks and then asked to work at the front desk for three months. I was very diligent and responsible with my duties with no complaint, as well as being polite and kind to my co-workers. Because of that, my supervisor arranged for me to go to a new post where I had to do a job that normally took three employees (according to insider information I learned later, it was actually a plot to "transform" me -- keeping me busy all the time with no time to think about Falun Dafa). Even though the work was very tiring, with wisdom from the Fa, I was able to fulfill the duty along with my cultivation. I also paid attention to Xinxing improvement in all circumstances, and always reminded myself of a practitioner's mission. With righteous thoughts and righteous actions I was also able to overcome the block, as well as send forth righteous thoughts once an hour to eliminate any interference.

My outstanding performance and accomplishments soon brought trust and praise from both my supervisor and colleagues. Especially my supervisor, he often expressed deep trust in me. At work, I tried to use good opportunities to clarify the truth to my supervisor and people I met. The appropriate manner I had when clarifying the truth made my supervisor and co-workers have a positive, deeper understanding of Dafa. In this way, many people were also saved.

When I first started to work there, based on "transformation" quotas from higher managers, my supervisor talked to me twice about my practice of Falun Dafa. In the following two years, although higher managers requested brainwashing many times, my supervisor and related personnel never interfered with me. Instead, they found excuses and evaded it. A few days ago, a higher manager called saying that headquarters required the department that I work in to transform all Falun Gong practitioners prior to a specified date and those who insisted on the practice would be fired. It was also emphasized that it could not be postponed. Upon this, my supervisor thought he could no longer find excuses to evade it. So he talked with me, hoping me to write a fake "transformation letter" to give up my practice and deceive the higher mangers. He said, this way both the department and myself would no longer be bothered, and things would end there.

I felt it was another opportunity to clarify the truth. Instead of being disturbed by this situation, with compassion and wisdom I calmly told my supervisor and co-workers the principle that a Dafa practitioner had to be consistent in his words and action, particularly my direct supervisor, who had understood me well due to my performance. With mutual support and respect, I provided him with some Dafa materials so that he could understand me better and learn the reason why I would not write a fake "transformation letter."

My supervisor then said to me, "You have clarified to the [Communist] Party that the practice of Falun Gong has no political aspirations, nor is it harming society or anyone, but instead helps you to become better people. Furthermore, you have been working hard with no complaints, and do not care about personal loss. For a good person like you, why have to write a letter to forsake the practice? Let alone being fired... we will work on trying to keep you."

Several days later, my supervisor came up to me said, "Things are OK now. You can continue to work as you usually do." After saying that, he left, as if nothing had happened.

Those few days, which might seem quite frightening to anyone else, made me once again witness the magnificence and greatness of Falun Dafa. On the surface, it was an upright supervisor who helped to keep and protect a Dafa disciple. In reality, it was Falun Dafa that, through a Dafa disciple's righteous thoughts and actions, made him come to know the truth and choose a wonderful future!
