Seattle: Practitioners Hold Anti-Torture Exhibits in Chinatown and City Center (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 14-15, 2004, during the two-day weekend, Falun Gong practitioners held two anti-torture exhibits in Chinatown and City Center. Many Chinese and Westerners were shocked as it was the first time to hold such exhibit at Chinatown's Xiqing Park, and Westlake Park in downtown. A continuous stream of people inquired about details and took the initiative to sign the petition to request the Washington State Government to condemn Jiang's Group's persecution of Falun Gong. Many people obtained more materials to want to give their friends and relatives and customers they would meet in their work. We constantly heard the inquiry, "What can I do for you?" "What else can I do to help you?" We also took this opportunity to explain to local people the facts about Falun Gong and the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
