Harbin City Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Wang Guangying Dies after Being Persecuted Relentlessly for Four Years

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Guangying in her 40s, from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province was persecuted many times by police because she firmly believed in Dafa. She died on July 15, 2004.

Wang Guangying lived in Xinqu residential area, Guoyuanjie Street, Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. Ever since she went to Beijing to validate Dafa in December 2000 and came back with dignity, she had been harassed by personnel from the police department. She was forced to leave home to avoid being further persecuted.

While she was homeless and went from place to place, her old illnesses recurred and she lost eyesight in both her eyes. In 2003, she was abducted by Nangang Police from the room she rented. While searching through Wang Guangying's belongings, the police found her diagnosis certificate of "Advanced Diabetes" by Harbin City Chinese Medicine Hospital in 2002; they then informed her family to take her home. After Wang Guangying went back home, Nangang Police Division went to her home many times to harass her. During the last time [she was arrested], four policemen carried Wang Guangying, who had edema all over her body and was blind, into a police vehicle and sent her to the city police hospital for examination. On the way to the hospital, Wang Guangying constantly shivered and threw up; she was extremely weak. When they arrived at the hospital, she was carried out of the vehicle to the doctor by four policemen. The policemen told the doctor to perform a CT scan on Wang Guangying. The doctor of the police hospital looked at her and said, "Her illness is so serious that even her eyes have edema, why do you still want a CT scan?" The police then sent Wang Guangying home in a police vehicle.

After Wang Guangying was sent home, Tongtian Street police station policeman Tian Heng went to her home many times to search and harass her. On a night in 2004, the policemen of the residential area from Tongtian police station again went to Wang Guangying's home to harass her. They forcefully took away her audiotapes of Master Li's lectures and they threatened to arrest her. At that time, Wang Guangying's whole body was [still] covered with edema and she was suffering from incontinence of feces and urine. She could not take care of herself. Suffering from this painful condition as a result of relentless persecution, Wang Guangying died on July 15, 2004.
