Relapse of an Old illness Endangered My Life; A Miracle Happened After Resuming Practicing Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Zhu Fen, a Dafa practitioner residing in a township in Rongyang City, Henan Province. I was fortunate to learn Falun Dafa in 1998. Before beginning my practice of Falun Dafa, I had a severe heart problem. I rarely went to the fields to work. I had to take medication and have injections all year round. After practicing Falun Dafa, my physical, mental and spiritual health improved.

After July 20, 1999, Jiang's regime used slanderous propaganda and lies to deceive people. I thus stopped the cultivation. After a few months I had a relapse and my illness came back. No medication or injection could cure it. My condition deteriorated as the days went by. My family members sent me to the Zhengzhou City 153 Hospital for heart surgery. In order to cure my illness, my husband took his entire savings and on top of that, borrowed money and brought it to the hospital to pay for the several thousands of yuan needed for surgical fees.

During my hospitalization I saw the fate of three patients with similar health problems: one died after surgery; another two were in critical condition. During preparations prior to the surgery, the doctor gave me an intravenous drip. In the process of administering the intravenous drip, once the needle was injected, my hand became swollen. It was the same when another area was injected.

At that moment I understood in my heart, "I am a cultivator! Master is still looking after me." I could not stop crying right then. I said to my husband, "Let's not go through with the surgery. Let's go home. We are cultivators! Master is purifying my body for me. Master is too compassionate. Let's quickly go home to study Fa and practice the exercises! I am not going for the surgery anymore!"

We told the doctor of our decision. The doctor said that the surgery was already paid for, and how come we were backing out? I said, "if you want us to pay, we will not dispute anything, just total the bill for us!"

This way we returned home the very same day. Upon returning home I persisted in studying the Fa and practicing the exercises. A few days later my condition got better! Whoever I met I would say, "Falun Dafa is great! Falun Dafa is really good! Dafa has saved my life!"

There are presently many people in our township who are persisting in practicing Falun Dafa. Our whole family is practicing now.
