(Clearwisdom.net) The following was reported by Radio France International on the morning of August 5, in a Chinese program broadcast to Mainland China and Mandarin-speaking areas of Paris.

In a fax from Falun Dafa information center to RFI, it sated that Falun Gong practitioners had sued Zhao Zhizhen, former Wuhan TV Station Director and former Wuhan Radio Station Director. On August 2, Zhao submitted an application for extension to appear in U.S. federal court with the excuse that his English was limited.
