Sweden: Falun Gong Participates in the Alternative Health Fair in Strömstad (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) On the Saturday and Sunday of July 10 and 11, 2004, Falun
Gong practitioners from Sweden and Norway took part in the Alternative Health
Fair in Strömstad for the first time. Strömstad is a city near the Norwegian
border and is visited by many Norwegians. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate for free. On the first
day of the fair, it rained a lot and as a result the practitioners could not
stay outside directly in front of the entrance as planned. They got a place
inside the building where everybody who wanted to visit the different courses
and lectures had to pass by. On the second day of the fair, Falun Gong was presented both outside and
inside of the Health Fair. The weather had completely changed and was sunny and
nice! Many people were interested to learn Falun Gong and wanted to know where
the practice site was. On both days, practitioners held a one-hour introduction course. On the
second day, the course had to be extended for an extra hour, because of the
amount of people who were eager to learn the exercises.
