(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Yang Jingzhi, the school doctor of the Seventh Middle School of Beipiao City, Liaoning Province, had been abducted to Masanjia Labor Camp three times where she was relentlessly tortured. As a result, she suffered a mental collapse, hanged herself and died. Details of her story follow:

Ms. Yang Jingzhi was 50 years old. She lived at the 41st Alley, Guanshan, Beipiao City, Liaoning Province. She was the school clinic doctor of Beipiao City Seventh Middle School. She had many diseases before practicing Falun Gong, such as intestinal adhesions after two major operations, rapid heartbeat, nerve disorder, atrophic gastritis, gum disease, etc. In less than half a year after she started practicing Falun Gong in May 1995, all her diseases disappeared and her body became light and symptom-free.

Since the persecution of Falun Gong began, Ms. Yang had been illegally abducted and sent to Masanjia Labor Camp three times On the evening of July 6, 2000, three elderly women went to see her at her home, but they bumped into the police from the local police station. The police arrested her and the other three women and sent them to the police station, where she was detained for almost 3 months. Then she and her husband were both illegally sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.

Ms. Yang Jingzhi was detained at the Third Subdivision of Team One in the Second Women's Camp of Masanjia Labor Camp in Shenyang City. The labor camp guards did not allow her to sleep, and tried to brainwash her. Because she refused to fall victim to their wicked mind games, the police tortured her. They did not allow her to speak, and force-fed her with drugs that damaged her nervous system. Each time they force-fed her, four or five people would lock her head, pry her mouth open, and pour two bottles of drugs down her throat. This caused her to have dementia and she was often absent-minded, her mind would go completely blank, and she started to hallucinate. After being illegally detained for eleven months, she was released and put under house arrest.

On the morning of August 18, 2001, Ms. Yang was distributing truthful information about the persecution of Falun Gong at Guanshan morning market, but someone reported her. She was detained for almost a month. Then on September 14, 2001, she was sent to Masanjia Labor Camp for the second time. She suffered more cruel torture this time. At first, the police tried to brainwash every practitioner by not allowing them to sleep. The police separated the newcomers from others, and the police chief, with the help of collaborators (1), filled them with lies and evil theories. If the practitioners resisted their fallacies and threats, and did not believe them, they would escalate the persecution by not letting the practitioners speak, write letters or have contact with any other practitioners. They would even escort them to the bathroom and deprive them all of their freedom and human rights. On November 12, 2001, Ms. Yang Jingzhi recited Master's new articles. The police chief, Huang Haiyan, took her to the first floor, handcuffed her and forced her to sit on a long bench without letting her sleep. She was tortured this way until November 18.

On March 29, 2002, Ms. Yang Jingzhi was dragged to a small cell, Cell One, for reciting Master's new articles. This small cell was a living hell. It was gloomy, cold and wet. The police totally neglected the law. Several of them locked her up on an iron chair and cuffed her hands and feet onto the chair, and then added another set of shackles.

Ms. Yang Jingzhi was illegally detained in the small cell four times, 56 days in total, and was strictly monitored for more than 200 days. On top of this, her term was illegally extended by almost seven months.

After her release, on March 5, 2004, Pei Hua, the Director of Beipiao City "610 Office," led two plainclothes policemen to abduct Ms. Yang Jingzhi and sent her to Liangshuihe Detention Center. She was sentenced to forced labor again in late March and sent to Masanjia Labor Camp for the third time. In early July 2004, the labor camp instructed her family members to take her home. The reason was that she had suffered a mental collapse and was speaking incoherently. They gave her a medical parole and forced her family members to sign. Even after she was taken home, because of the mental collapse, as soon as she saw someone outside of the family, she would tremble with fear and scream, "The police are coming for me! The police are coming for me!" Under the care of her family members, her condition improved a little bit, but she still did not like to talk to or see strangers. She was extremely depressed. Around 3 a.m. on August 6, 2004, she hanged herself and died at her mother-in-law's home.
